At School of Sociability, our STARS Semester is the heart of everything we do. Each semester runs for 6 weeks, with 2 sessions per week built around a custom lesson plan tailored to your child's needs. Progress is tracked throughout using our STARS report card, so you always have a clear picture of how your child is developing and where they're headed next.

Discovery Sessions
At School of Sociability, we prioritize making sure every family finds the right fit. A Discovery Session gives the opportunity to ask questions, learn our approach, and see if School of Sociability is the right next step for your child. Discovery Sessions deliver a relaxed, one on one conversation with our Program Coordinator. We'll walk you through how the STARS Program works, what a typical semester looks like, and answer any questions you have about your child's specific needs.

School of Sociability is for children and teens aged 8–18 who want to build their social skills. Whether your child is shy, navigating a new school, or gearing up for an interview, School of Sociability helps kids to grow socially and feel more confident around others.

If our program feels like the right fit, we'll help you in enrollment and getting your child placed in the next available semester. Spots fill quickly each term, and discovery sessions are the recommended starting point.
STARS Program
Our STARS Report Card Program is designed to cater to your child’s initial strengths and to build upon them. STARS Semesters are 6 weeks, with 12 sessions. Each child has their own needs, which is why it’s important to have personalized lesson plans. These plans are created working with the student’s given level, and their personal strengths.

At the end of the STARS Semester, parents will receive a Report Card with information as to how the student has grown. In the Report Card is a designation for what level is next for the student.

Each semester, parents are provided two review sessions, bookable at their discretion. In these sessions the Program Coordinator goes over the student’s progress, and future steps to take.

Review sessions give parents a dedicated space to check in on their child's progress. You'll get a clear picture of how your child is developing, which skills are sticking, and where there's still room to grow. You’ll always know exactly where your child stands in the program.

Review sessions are available to book at any point during the semester, at your convenience. We recommend scheduling one mid-semester to check in on progress, and another at the end to recap the semester and plan next steps.
