STARS Program

We’re proud to introduce our STARS Program!

The STARS Program—Social Interactions, Teamwork, Adaptability, Respect, and Self-Confidence—is our signature social skills development pathway. Carefully designed to meet each individual where they are, STARS helps participants build essential sociability skills and self-assurance through a structured 10-level progression. Each level focuses on specific social competencies and is typically mastered over the course of 10 one-to-one sessions with one of our expert sociability coaches.

Participants engage in role-play, guided discussions, and practical exercises that strengthen their abilities in real-world social situations. The ultimate goal: to help every student interact positively, develop empathy, and emerge as a confident leader in social settings.

Our flexible semester structure is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Parents can schedule check-ins with Program Managers at any time to discuss progress and celebrate milestones.

STARS Levels Overview

Level 1 – Friendly Faces

Participants learn foundational social skills such as greeting others, using polite language, and recognizing basic emotions. These early steps promote confidence and patience in everyday interactions.

Level 2 – Connection Builders

Building on Level 1, participants practice starting, maintaining, and ending conversations. They develop active listening skills, ask thoughtful questions, and begin forming meaningful connections.

Level 3 – Social Collaborators

Participants enhance teamwork and empathy by sharing ideas, navigating differing opinions, and resolving minor conflicts. They also learn to give compliments and reinforce positive peer interactions.

Level 4 – Collaboration Creators

Through group-based tasks, participants strengthen cooperation by helping others and sharing resources. They learn to navigate minor conflicts with fairness and take on varied roles within a team.

Level 5 – Team Leaders

Participants begin to take on leadership responsibilities, offering emotional support, modeling empathy, and guiding peers during social situations with confidence.

Level 6 – Leadership Legends

This level refines leadership capabilities through organizing group discussions, providing feedback, and encouraging collaboration. Participants learn to lead with accountability, adaptability, and resilience.

Level 7 – Friendship Facilitators

Participants focus on maintaining long-term friendships, resolving social challenges independently, and mentoring peers. They celebrate others’ successes and demonstrate consistent empathy.

Level 8 – Communication Masters

Advanced communication becomes the focus, including clear self-expression, deep listening, and adapting communication styles. Participants encourage inclusive conversation and support quieter peers.

Level 9 – Social Scholars

Participants take on mentoring roles, facilitate discussions, and navigate complex group dynamics. They reflect on their journey and set goals for future social development.

Level 10 – Sociability Stars

Graduates demonstrate exceptional sociability, empathy, and emotional intelligence. They confidently lead large-group activities, mentor younger participants, and initiate projects that benefit their communities.

Beyond Level 10 – Graduates

At the end of each semester, families receive a personalized STARS Progress Report highlighting session activities, skill development, observed growth in confidence and self-esteem, and readiness for the next level.
